- Prepares data-driven presentations for partners to strengthen strategic relationships and ensure alignment with their needs
- Build and maintain dashboards/reports (with approved company tools) to monitor KPIs for partners, specifically SLA adherence, cost-to-serve, on-time orders, etc.
- Aggregate, cleanse, and analyze data from multiple sources (e.g., ERP, complaints, SalesForce, data warehouses, spreadsheets) to support the commercial business.
- Conduct root-cause analyses using techniques such as Pareto, 5 Whys, Fishbone diagrams, and regression analysis to aid in decision-making for the LTG division.
- Create and maintain process maps for current-state and future-state across the LTG division.
- Facilitate workshops to document process pain points, handoffs, decision criteria, and system dependencies.
- Contributes to and guides others on the ongoing development and governance of procedures needed for LTG (locally or Corporate), including revisions, additions, and retirements, to enable the division’s success as a key business unit of Diasorin
- Partner with IT, QA and other teams to assess the feasibility of automation of the data and system enhancements for LTG and, as required, work on the documentation surrounding user stories, validation, and verification for the division.
- Help to ensure LTG processes meet Diasorin group and Luminex relevant policies, regulatory requirements, and data governance standards.
- Work to identify LTG business operational risks and propose mitigation plans.
- Prepares data-driven presentations for partners to strengthen strategic relationships and ensure alignment with their needs.
- Contributes to and guides others on the ongoing development and governance of procedures needed for LTG (locally or Corporate)
- Responsible for revisions, additions, and retirements, to enable the division's success as a key business unit of Diasorin.
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's Degree Business, Operations, Data Analytics, or science-related field required or
- 3+ Years Business process analysis, operations excellence, or related roles. required
- 3+ Years Working with and maintaining medical device quality documentation required
- 3+ Years With software tools used for analytics required
- 4+ Years Experience working in life science, biopharma, and/or diagnostics preferred
- 3+ Years With software validation requirements preferred
- Ability to create technical content that is relatable to audiences of different skillsets. (High proficiency)
- Proven ability to analyze data from multiple sources and translate insights into actionable recommendations. (High proficiency)
- Hands-on experience with process mapping and documenting current/future states. (High proficiency)
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced functions), data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau/Salesforce), and process mapping tools (Visio/Miro). (High proficiency)
- Strong communication skills & able to facilitate workshops and present findings to stakeholders at multiple levels. (High proficiency)
- Highly organized with proven time management and prioritization skills (High proficiency)
- Fluent in English (High proficiency)
- Ability to work with and understand data in an ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Salesforce. (Medium proficiency)
- Ability to collaborate with in multi-region/divisional environments (EMEA, APAC, US, LATAM). (Medium proficiency)
- Certified All Source Analyst preferred or
- Six Sigma Green Belt Certification preferred
- Work situations include dealing with people; working alone; making judgments and decisions; and directing, controlling or planning the activity of others. - Occasionally
- Available and adaptable to work non-core hours to accommodate various time zones. - Frequently
- 10% Travel may be required at least 10% of the time internationally and domestically.
