- Lead end-to-end marketing communications across on-market and demand generation activities
- Drive integrated campaigns across digital, social, tradeshows, and print
- Own the content approval process and ensure brand compliance across all external materials
- Partner closely with Product Marketing and Sales to develop compelling tools, messaging, and collateral

Lead social media strategy, podcasts and execution
- Own tradeshow and events strategy from concept to execution
- Manage budget, media planning, KPIs, and reporting
- Support internal communications including newsletters and town halls
- Manage agency and supplier relationships
- 10+ years in diagnostics or broader healthcare marketing (medtech, pharma, life sciences welcome)
- 5+ years leading a global marcom function
- Proven experience launching a product — you've been in the room where it happens
- Strong digital and social chops
- A natural collaborator who can influence cross-functionally
- Experience managing and growing marketing teams
Training and Skills
- Well-developed tactical and strategic experiences in marketing
- Strong marketing communication effectiveness
- Extensive knowledge of the molecular diagnostics market inclusive of products, competitors, technologies, and clients highly preferred
- Well-developed computer skills in Microsoft suite of products, Sales Force
- Demonstrated ability to manage, motivate, develop and direct marketing team
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team setting and communicate across disciplines and across departments
- Demonstrated ability to discuss new product concepts and industry trends with Ph.D. and MD level contacts
- Comfortable working in leading and working within a high functioning, fast paced environment
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- Excellent communication skills and presentation skills, both in group and one-one-one
- Ability to work effectively with teams from different functions and geography, flexibility to handle different time zones and cultural differences
