Job Scope
Recevoir les plaintes et les demandes de renseignements des clients, partenaires et distributeurs pour tous les produits pris en charge par Diasorin par téléphone, e-mail, etc.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Diagnostiquer l’urgence en fonction du type de panne
- Accompagner l’utilisateur en vue d’un dépannage
- Assister le client dans l’utilisation de l’automate
- Identifier et analyser les problèmes produits
- Gérer les réclamations (produits et instruments)
- Envoyer de la documentation aux clients sur leurs demandes
- Utiliser et tenir à jour la base de données (SGAT, CALLS)
- Transmettre un plan d’action efficace aux Spécialistes Systèmes en conformité avec les procédures groupe et interne
- Toutes autres actions liées à sa fonction qui peuvent lui être soumises par sa hiérarchie
Education, Experience, and Qualifications
- Connaissances techniques sur les automates
- Capacité à identifier un problème donné
- Capacité à apporter une solution rapide et efficace
- Capacité d’exhaustivité dans l’explication du problème
- Maitrise de l’anglais pour le suivi d’une formation et la compréhension des notes techniques (lu et écrit)
- Diplôme en biologie, biologie moléculaire ou dans une discipline similaire avec 2 à 4 ans d'expérience connexe, ou une combinaison équivalente d'études et d'expérience professionnelle connexe.
- Solide connaissance pratique des processus et procédures de laboratoire
- Expérience de travail autonome dans un environnement en évolution rapide avec une capacité démontrée à s'adapter à des priorités en évolution rapide.
- Expérience en service à la clientèle requise.
- Capacité à communiquer clairement et professionnellement, sous forme verbale et écrite, importante.
