- Promouvoir et vendre l'ensemble de la gamme DiaSorin (réactifs et automates)
- Anticiper, préparer et répondre aux appels d'offres
- Assurer la satisfaction client
- Region France centre

- Internes : Ingénieurs techniques, d'applications, vendeurs, marketing, qualité, finance
- Externes : Biologistes Clients et prospects, fournisseurs, Kol, services économiques, acheteurs, ingénieurs biomédicaux, directions hospitalières
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Promouvoir et vendre l'ensemble de la gamme DiaSorin – CLIA et BioMol (réactifs et automates) auprès des clients privés ou publics
- Gérer et développer le portefeuille client selon la politique commercial définit
- Prendre en charge les comptes stratégiques locaux
- Transmettre une offre de prix et contrat de réactifs en lien avec la stratégie de développement
- Anticiper, préparer et répondre aux appels d'offres
- Maintenir à jour quotidiennement le CRM en complétant les rapports de visites et en suivant les risques et opportunités
- Assurer un suivi régulier des clients au coût par patient et les inventorier trimestriellement
- Assurer une satisfaction et un support aux clients : pour les systèmes et réactifs en collaboration avec les équipes internes
- S'assurer que le DSO (Day Sales Outsending) client reste dans l'objectif fixé
- Toutes actions liées à sa fonction qui peuvent lui être soumises par sa hiérarchie
Education, Experience, and Qualifications
- Formation scientifique (Biologie) impérative
- Domaines concernés : sérologie, hormonologie…
- Marché Immuno-Analyses, Biochimie, Biologie moléculaire
- Technique de vente et de négociations
- Maitrise des enjeux et de l'écosystème du client
- Vente par réseau (social selling)
- Appétence pour la vente
- Empathie - Disponibilité
- Sens de l’organisation
- Aptitude à la communication et au travail en équipe

Job Scope
Missions:
- Promote and sell the entire DiaSorin product range (reagents and analyzers).
- Anticipate, prepare for, and respond to tenders.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- The person should reside in center of France.
Internal/External Links:
- Internal: Technical engineers, application engineers, sales representatives, marketing, quality, and finance teams.
- External: Client and prospective biologists, suppliers, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), economic services, buyers, biomedical engineers, hospital management.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the full DiaSorin range – CLIA and BioMolecular (reagents and analyzers) to both private and public clients.
- Manage and develop the client portfolio in alignment with the defined commercial strategy.
- Handle and grow relationships with local strategic accounts.
- Provide pricing offers and reagent contracts in line with the company's development strategy.
- Anticipate, prepare, and respond to tenders.
- Update the CRM system daily with visit reports and track risks and opportunities.
- Conduct regular client follow-ups regarding cost-per-patient data and perform quarterly inventories.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and support for systems and reagents in collaboration with internal teams.
- Maintain client DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) within the established targets.
- Perform all tasks related to the role as assigned by management.
Education, Experience, and Qualifications
- Mandatory Scientific Background: Biology.
- Relevant fields: Serology, hormone analysis, etc.
- Experience in the Immuno-Analysis, Biochemistry, and Molecular Biology markets.
- Proficiency in sales techniques and negotiation strategies.
- Strong understanding of client challenges and ecosystems.
- Experience with network-based sales (social selling).
- Interest and enthusiasm for sales.
- Soft Skills: Empathy, availability, organizational skills, effective communication, and teamwork.
