Job Scope
- Être le support commercial et Marketing des équipes terrains et siège
- Suivre, anticiper, préparer et répondre aux appels d’offres
- Préparer les évènements commerciaux,
- Mission annexe : gestion de la flotte automobile
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Préparer et suivre les offres de prix faites aux clients
- Suivre, anticiper, préparer et répondre aux appels d’offres en relations avec les intervenants internes et externes (les services économiques)
- Préparer la consolidation d’éléments statistiques en vue de reportings mensuels, trimestriels ou de réunion
- Collaborer avec les IAP (Ingénieurs application) aux suivis des formation clients Niveau 2
- Organiser les réunions de service, congrès ou tout autre évènement
- Préparation de contrats d’étude et suivi du règlement
- Suivre et inviter les clients dans le cadre de la loi DMOS
- Assurer la tenue : téléphone / standard / accueil en roulement avec les autres services
- Interface client / commerciaux : transmission de message, du courrier, de documentations
Education, Experience, and Qualifications
- Bac/Bac+2 Administration commerciale et/ou vente avec 2 ans d'expérience minimum
- Bon niveau d'anglais souhaité C
- Compétences techniques :
- Gestion des marchés publics
- Bureautique (pack office, logiciels d’appels d’offres)
- Aptitude à la communication et au travail d’équipe
- Organisation, rigueur, disponibilité
- Gestion des priorités
- Respect de la confidentialité
- Connaissance des appels d'offres Avantages
