Job Scope

In collaboration with the Country Manager and Corporate Marketing you will develop the strategic marketing plan for the BENELUX. Be accountable for all marketing and product management related operations to maximize sales, market share and profitability in the short, mid, and long term.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Effectively manage marketing and transversally support sales and product specialist team, aligned with job descriptions and objectives.
  • Develop and document an annual and midterm marketing plan to be incorporated into the business plan.
  • Adapt the tactical and operational plan in line with the corporate strategic plan.
  • Assure continual input into EDMA
  • To participate and contribute actively in the beMedTech IVD Regulatory section meeting and in the beMedTech IVD reimbursement section.
  • To participate and contribute actively in Diagned meetings in The Netherlands.
  • Prepare and participate to the marketing budget aligned with the departmental OPEX AP.
  • Enhance the company image by appropriate engagement and representation at exhibitions, symposia and customers sites.
  • Define, implement and complete cascading of product training to sales and customer support teams.
  • Provide market intelligence (local surveys) to corporate marketing and in alignment with sales managers.
  • Develop strategies and tactics to protect and enhance pricing of high value products.
  • Identify and develop the relationship with KOL's.
  • Participate transversally to customer complaints and enquiries using the CALLS management system.
  • Analyze the national QC and turn the results into competitive advantages for Diasorin.
  • Assure supervision of the Quality Process in collaboration with specialist team.
  • Management of the QA&RA product related projects supervising and controlling the QA&RA product related tasks of the Application Specialists
  • Report in Sales Force.com
  • Support sales team in “selling solutions”
  • Administration: Reports, literature requests, FOC forms, forecasting, expenses etc: to be completed within agreed timeframes.
  • Ensure compliance with the Code of Ethics, the Quality Management System, the Company Policies, Corporate Procedures, GDPR, National Laws (Sunshine Act etc…).
  • Other duties as assigned.

 

 Education, Experience, and Qualifications  

  • Minimum required educational level, bachelor degree, preferably in the biomedical area.
  • Sales and business development inside relevant IVD industry with min 3 years experience in the BeNeLux with extensive knowledge of national/local business environment.
  • Computer literate
  • Being able to interface with multi stakeholders
  • Able to create and move inside customer networks.
  • Able to decode customers needs and turn it into sales solutions.
  • Accuracy, comprehension of technical issues
  • High problem-solving and decision-making capability
  • Effective analytical skills
