YOUR MISSION

As Responsible for Commercial (Sales & Marketing) in Mexico Country: Governement Accounts (IMSS, ISSSTE, PEMEX, SSA, integrators and distributors ) and in adherence with Corporate guidelines and local policies, develop, implement and adapt strategic and tactical sales and marketing plans, being accountable for all marketing and sales related operations to maximize sales in your territory, market share and profitability short, medium and long term.

Responsibilities

YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS

  • Develop, implement and adapt the sales & marketing tactical and operational plans in line with corporate guidelines.
  • Direct, promote, coordinate and monitor the government sales operations to optimize DiaSorin’s market share and net sales, with outstanding customer service.
  • Create and manage and strong relationship with Government chain (end users, integrators, government dsitributors  and government accounts).
  • Monitor and analyze market environment with respect to pricing strategy, competitors´activities mapping.
  • Lead product management activities as well as educational programs to grow sales, market share and penetration.
  • Ensure proactive support to current customers to increase customer loyalty.
  • Optimize visibility for DiaSorin within the market place through appropriate activities like exhibitions, scientific meetings, symposia’s and other relevant activities.
  • Identify and explore beneficial partnership opportunities for portfolio’s maximization.
  • Represent the company internally and externally within the DiaSorin ethics code.
  • Prepare annual budget, forecasts and other related analysis relevant for planning and managing the business.

Education:  Degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biomedical Engineering, life sciences.

Specialization: MD, Ph or Economics is a plus

Experience:  At least 5 years of experience in the Mexican government diagnostic market.

  • Technical Competencies: IVD sector specific competencies and lifescienses background required.
  • Deep knowledge of Public Market.
  • Good experience in managing relationship with integrators / distributors / Government accounts

Skills:

  • Able to see opportunities when others don’t, turns issues into opportunities
  • Strong team player with a clear team commitment, energizing individuals to overcome challenges and to challenge themselves
  • Strong communication skills
  • Capability to handle with complex situations, having a great analytical understanding to manage and facilitate complex demands.

Languages: Spanish mother tongue; fluent English

Travel availability:  Yes, as per the role features

Training required:  Induction process in the Company once hired
