Job Objective

Ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by handling and following up on customer complaints and inquiries regarding Diasorin products and devices for Germany

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Receiving complaints and forwarding or following up on them
  • Providing telephone support for issues with the analysis systems and for problems with handling test kits
  • Providing advice and answering inquiries about products
  • Documenting all complaints and inquiries in the complaint management system
  • Escalating complaints to the Senior AMS Manager for Central Europe (if necessary)
  • Pickup and forwarding of patient sera or kits
  • Participation in projects

 

Education

• B.S., B.A., or M.S. in natural sciences/biology, laboratory sciences, etc.

• Completed training in the medical technology field

Work experience

  • Depending on training, at least 2–3 years of professional experience
  • Ideally with laboratory experience as well as experience with CLIA, ELISA, and molecular testing and automated systems

Additional knowledge and skills

  • Very good technical understanding and a willingness to familiarize yourself with the technical details of the analysis systems
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Excellent written and spoken German and good written and spoken English; knowledge of Polish is a plus
  • Openness and good communication skills, including in international contexts Computer skills
