Aim oft the position

Ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by processing and following up on customer complaints and customer questions about Diasorin products and devices for Germany.

Main

  • Acceptance of complaints and forwarding or follow-up of complaints
  • Telephone consultation in case of problems with the analysis systems and in case of problems with the handling of test approaches
  • Advice and response to inquiries about products
  • Document all complaints and inquiries in the complaint management system
  • Escalation of complaints to the Customer Service Manager (if necessary)
  • Pick-up and forwarding of patient serums or kits
  • Collaboration on projects
  • Special tasks on special instructions on a case-by-case basis
  • Other/other tasks that are reasonable within the framework of the qualification

Prosfessional experience

•   depending on the training, at least 2-3 years

• Ideally, with laboratory experience as well as experience in dealing with CLIA, ELISA and molecular tests and automatics

Further Knowledge & Skills

  • Very good technical understanding and willingness to familiarize yourself with the technical details of the analysis systems
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Good written and spoken English and German skills
  • Open-mindedness and good communication skills, also in international contact IT skills
  • Fluent written and spoken German and Polish
