Job Title	System Specialist (Field Service Engineer)
Location	Rosh Haayin – Israel - approximately 80% of the time dedicated to performing work at the customers' sites around the country.

Job Objective

A Field Service Engineer for Analytical/Laboratory Equipment is responsible for performing preventive or breakdown maintenance activities for this equipment.

Tasks & responsibilities

Installing new equipment
Performing functionality tests
Repairing faults
Performing routine maintenance
Training customers
Performing repairs and routine maintenance on analytical/laboratory equipment according to company guidelines and instructions, in accordance with additional or other safety guidelines.
Most of the activity takes place at the customers' sites around the country, in hospitals or central laboratories.

Education

Graduate of an engineering degree in the fields of biomedical engineering, mechanics, or electronics, with a certification from a recognized institution in Israel or abroad.
Biomedical engineer - Advantage.
Certified computer technician or with a similar background - Advantage

Professional experience

Significant understanding of computer science and proven ability.
Proven work experience of at least two years with customers in the field of medical/analytical equipment in Israel.

Knowledge and skills

Ability to build and maintain excellent relationships and interpersonal skills as part of teamwork.
Ability to cope with pressure.
Ability to learn complex topics quickly.
Valid driver's license.
Willingness to travel abroad from time to time.
High level of English (ability to learn professional material in English) - mandatory.
