Job Objective

Seamless integration of Diasorin systems into the routine operations of the client laboratory

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Preparing and conducting training sessions for customers on Diasorin systems
  • Conducting equipment demonstrations
  • Implementation of new testing procedures for existing customers
  • Providing technical guidance and support to the sales team regarding the processing of Diasorin and third-party assays on Diasorin device platforms
  • Integration of Diasorin systems into the laboratory workflow
  • Responsibility for ensuring the smooth workflow of the systems
  • Routine customer visits, customer analysis, creation of workflows, and presentations to customers
  • Conducting customer training sessions
  • Supporting Customer Service and customers with application-related issues on-site, via remote maintenance, and over the phone
  • Monitoring the competition and documenting competitive activities
  • Exploring new market opportunities
  • Evaluating customer requirements, e.g., optimizing workflows, establishing tracking systems
  • Conducting validations and comparative measurements in-house and in the customer’s laboratory
  • Collaborating on the application of applicable legal and corporate guidelines of the quality management system as well as guidelines for sustainable business practices within the area of responsibility
  • Active communication with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Service
  • Additional/other tasks that are reasonable within the scope of the position

 

Education

Completed training in the medical-technical field (BMA) or comparable vocational training

Work Experience

Depending on training, at least 2 years of professional experience, including relevant experience with corresponding devices/automated systems for medical laboratory diagnostics, ideally Diasorin systems, and experience in the field of immunology (ELISA, molecular, CLIA technology)

Additional knowledge and skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills (written and verbal communication skills in internal and external interactions, active listening, openness, a cooperative work style, ability to work in a team, and ability to accept criticism)
  • Confident and persuasive demeanor
  • Ability to think and act independently
  • Successful project and quality management experience
  • Strong technical understanding
  • Strong ability to self-organize, prioritize, and structure tasks and topics, along with a high degree of diligence and reliability
  • High sense of responsibility
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word), and in-depth knowledge of Salesforce
  • Business-level proficiency in spoken and written French and English
  • Good German skills are a plus
  • Willingness to travel extensively, including regular overnight stays outside the assigned service area, and a valid Class B driver’s license
