Job Scope

The Commercial Back Office Specialist supports key financial, operational and administrative functions.

The candidate proactively collaborates with internal/external functions for order management and pricing accuracy. Also, they may support the Commercial controller for inventory, scrapping and profitability activities.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities

 

-Support the finance department through back-office solutions for the Italy commercial division

- Support the customers in the different phases of daily business (i.e. order, pricing and accounting phases)

- Guarantee of price adherence with the agreement signed cooperating with the Tender department

- Supporting the Sales department and the Commercial controller in the FOC product flow

- Monitoring and analysis of the customers with a price per reportable sales flow

- Creation of Credit/Debit notes mainly related to price adjustments, volume bonus and commercial agreements

- Creation of SAP Service orders related to the Spare parts management

- Supporting the Sales and Logistic department during the order process

- Further/other tasks that are reasonable within the scope of the qualification

- Support the Commercial controller during the Tender offer definition for both private and public customers

- In accordance with the Commercial controller, define the Inventory scheduling at customer locations and elaborate the Inventory results

- In accordance with the Commercial controller, elaborate the scrapping control analysis 

 

Education, Experience, and Qualifications 

 

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field

Experience: Professional experience in sales, sales support and supply chain management is a plus

Technical Competencies: Proficiency in MS Office (mainly Excel). SAP ERP is a plus
