Job Title: Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist (D. Lgs.68/99 )
Job Scope
This role supports consolidation, reporting and analysis of financial data for Group FP&A team. Activities include budgeting, Forecasting, Actual analysis and sales database maintenance.
Works closely with finance team in evaluating the actual financial performance and trends versus forecast with insightful interpretations of performance as well as in developing monthly/quarterly reporting decks for review with senior leadership.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- supporting monthly, quarterly and annual closing, budgeting and forecasting processes;
- analyzing process performance and provide suggestions for improvement;
- contributing to process standardization across departments;
- supporting other activities as needed
Education, Experience, and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferably in economics, accounting or business administration. Master degree is a plus.
- Specialization: Good technical accounting knowledge.
- Experience: minimum 2-4 years in financial planning and analysis in a multinational environment.
- Advanced experience with Excel. User experience with Powerpoint as well as Office. Knowledge of SAP and Hyperion is a plus.
