Job Scope

Provides functional expertise in support, administration and maintenance of Finance applications.
Works effectively and independently, as well as in cooperation with a variety of stakeholders and other technical professionals.
He/She contributes to the management and improvement of IT services in order to meet the demand of Internal Customers (Business Departments).

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Day to day support and maintenance of the production environment including system monitoring.
  • Coordinate deliveries with external consultants, testers, key users and technical responsibilities
  • Analyze system improvement in agreement with key users.
  • Lead the roll out of projects in different countries.
  • Monitor Implementation of user access policies (according to segregation rules defined by Business roles and segregation of duty)
  • Ensure timely communication takes place with all key stakeholders for support issues and changes.
  • Assist in the introduction of new functionality/applications.
  • Provide advice and guidance on optimal usage of the application.
  • Carry out the validation tests of the system and participate in the Internal and External Audit programs.
  • Ensure business system implications are communicated to the business.
  • Providing reliable estimates and planning for new projects and/or changes.
  • Providing feasibility studies and impact analysis.

Education, Experience, and Qualifications 

  •  Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years’ experience working with Oracle EPM (FCCS/PBCS) or Oracle Hyperion; Basic knowledge of SAP ECC (FI and CO Modules)
  • Good knowledge of Oracle EPM Platform (FCCS, PBCS) or Oracle Hyperion.
  • Knowledge of Finance and Controlling modules of SAP ERP or S/4 HANA
  • Good knowledge of the Consolidation & Reporting process
  • Good knowledge of the Planning & Budgeting process
  • Good knowledge of the Finance process
  • Good knowledge of the Treasury process
  • Knowledge of the Project and Service Management processes

Oracle EPM certification is a plus.

  • A great sense of responsibility
  • Ability to manage more than one project together with daily activity.
  • Availability to travel as required (Europe and North America)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English language is mandatory).
  • Ability to work with limited supervision and able to make decisions in performing daily tasks.
  • Good knowledge of English (B1)
