Job Scope
Corporate IT Business Analyst - HR provides functional expertise in support, administration and maintenance of HR applications. Works effectively and independently, as well as in cooperation with a variety of stakeholders and other technical professionals. He/She contributes to the management and improvement of IT services in order to meet the demand of Internal Customers (Business Departments).
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, and implement business solutions related to HRIS.
- Work with HR stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Configure and maintain the HRIS platform to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and data validation to ensure accuracy and functionality
- Support the roll out of projects in different countries.
- Provide technical support to HR users, helping to resolve issues and answer system-related questions.
- Ensure business system implications are communicated to the business.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, Finance, etc.) to ensure the successful delivery of HRIS projects and initiatives.
- Identify and recommend improvements to HR processes, ensuring that HRIS is fully leveraged.
- Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR).
- Participate in the Internal and External Audit programs.
- Create detailed documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in HRIS technology and assist in the introduction of new functionality/applications, providing feasibility studies and impact analysis.
Education, Experience, and Qualifications
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years’ experience working with HCM Systems (SAP SuccessFactors is mandatory).
- Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst or HRIS Analyst, preferably in an HR or IT department.
- Strong knowledge of main Human Capital Management Systems.
- Familiarity with reporting and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience with HR processes such as recruitment, payroll, benefits, performance management, compensation, learning and employee data management.
- Knowledge of the Project and Service Management processes
- Experience with system integrations and data migration.
- Familiarity with data security and compliance regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA)
- SuccessFactors certification is a plus.
- Problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly terms.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- A great sense of responsibility
- Ability to manage more than one project together with daily activity.
- Good knowledge of English (B2)
- Availability to travel
