Job Scope

Contribute to the development of reliable data flows and actionable insights to support Operations, Quality, R&D, and Corporate functions, by transforming data from core systems (e.g., LIMS, ERP, CRM) into dashboards and analyses for data-driven decision-making.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

 

  • Support data acquisition and modeling (ELT/ETL) from heterogeneous sources; initial tasks on data quality (rules, controls, reconciliations).
  • Perform queries and exploratory analyses (SQL), and create initial Python/Pandas or R notebooks for checks and small experiments.
  • Build and maintain dashboards (e.g., Tableau/Power BI) and metrics/KPIs for industrial and corporate processes.
  • Contribute to documentation (data dictionary, lineage, KPI definitions) and basic data governance tasks (metadata, classification).
  • Collaborate with process teams (Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain) on use cases with rapid impact.

 

Education, Experience, and Qualifications

Ongoing or recent degree (STEM/Economics/Statistics); solid foundation in SQL.

Introductory knowledge of Python (Pandas) or R; basic principles of data visualization.

Basic understanding of ETL/ELT concepts, normalization, and data quality.

Working proficiency in English;

Intellectual curiosity and results-oriented mindset.

Good communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Attention to detaile and ability to manage numbers

Team spirit and willingness to collaborate across functions.

Adaptability and openness to learning in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

 

Specialization:

Familiarity with Azure data services (Data Factory/Synapse/SQL), Tableau/Power BI.

Interest in the diagnostics sector and GxP environments; basic knowledge of GDPR

 

Languages:

Fluent spoken and written English.
