Job Scope
Support the implementation of projects and changes activities in the Supply Chain and Manufacturing areas by proactively collaborating with the ERP Team and supporting the Business in carrying out its duties. He contributes to the management and improvement of IT services in order to meet the demand of Internal Customers (Business Departments).
Key Duties and Responsibilities

Analyze system improvement in agreement with key users

Implement solutions independently or in collaboration with external consultants

Participate in the roll out of projects in different countries

Supervise the correct functioning of the system, periodically checking for anomalies and missing information
-
Collaborate proactively in the management of Incidents and Problems

Manage and implement user access policies (Segregation of Duty)

Carrie out the validation tests of the system and participates in the Internal and External Audit programs

Organize and manage training courses for ERP users
-
Perform data management activities
-
Day to day support and maintenance of the production environment including system monitoring

Ensure that the process designs comply with requirements, established methodologies, and best practices

Ensure business system implications are communicated to the business

Participate in process mapping, including process flows, data flow diagrams, entity relationship diagrams, etc.
Education, Experience, and Qualifications
-
Associate’s or bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
-
Good knowledge of at least three of the following ERP system modules: FI, SD, MM, PP, QM, IM, WM.

Knowledge of SAP HANA
-
Good knowledge of the supply chain process
-
Good knowledge of the manufacturing process

Knowledge of data exchange using EDI as well as integration of associated standards, e.g. EDIFACT, IDOCS

Knowledge of software validation best practices (GAMP Example 5)

Minimum 5 years’ experience working with SAP

Knowledge of the Project Management process

Good knowledge of English (B1)
