Job Scope
The IT Salesforce Manager oversees the strategic development, optimization, and administration of Diasorin's Salesforce platform, managing an external team of administrators and developers while aligning the platform's capabilities with overall business goals. Ensures CRM solutions support business processes, enhance user experience, and comply with security and governance standards.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Salesforce Platform Management: Administration, configuration, performance monitoring, and updates.
- Solution Design and Implementation: Deliver CRM solutions (Sales & Marketing) aligned with business requirements.
- Governance and Security: Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations (e.g., GDPR).
- Team Leadership: Coordinate Salesforce developers, administrators, and analysts.
- Integrations: Oversee integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems (ERP, BI, etc.).
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between IT teams, executive leadership, and business units (Sales, Marketing) to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions and define roadmap.
- Training and Support: Develop training plans for users and internal teams.
- KPI Monitoring: Analyze usage and performance metrics to optimize processes.
- Project Management: Oversee end-to-end project delivery, including planning, budgeting, execution, and risk mitigation.
Education, Experience, and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
Experience 5+ years in managing Salesforce (Sales Cloud, CRM analytics, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud).
Experience in Field Service projects, knowledge of DevOps tools for Salesforce (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira), familiarity with AI and automation in CRM environments are a plus.
- Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.), configuration, data management, and integration techniques. Proficiency with Salesforce automation tools (Flows, Process Builder) and familiarity with development practices (Apex, LWC).
- Knowledge of API integrations, middleware, and cloud architecture.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, Salesforce Architect) are a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with Data Governance and Cybersecurity best practice.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Results-oriented and able to work in complex environments.
- Ability to manage more than one project together with daily activity.
- Proactive mindset and continuous improvement attitude.
- Traveling
- Fluent spoken and written Italian and English (C1)
