Job Scope
The Corporate Legal Affairs Associate - Governance & Compliance is responsible for:
- supporting Corporate Governance activities of Diasorin Group;
- ensuring that Diasorin Group companies act in compliance with legal requirements and regulations as well as internal policies, with the purpose of safeguarding the business and promoting a culture of compliance within Diasorin Group companies.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
The Corporate Legal Affairs Assiociate - Governance & Compliance supports the Corporate Legal Affairs Manager – Governance & Compliance by:
- Monitoring the compliance with corporate law, Supervising Authorities’ regulations and requirements (Consob, Borsa Italiana, etc.);
- Supporting the management of corporate secretary and governance activities of the Diasorin Group legal entities;
- Updating and implementing compliance programs and organizational models (included but not limited to Legislative Decree 231/2001, Code of Ethics and MedTech Compliance).
- Ensuring compliance under EU General Data Protection Regulation (Privacy Notices, Data Processing Agreements, Data Processing Registers, Risk Assessments, DPIA, etc.);
- Contributing in developing, reviewing and implementing Corporate policies and procedures;
- Providing legal advise and support on a broad range of Corporate and compliance matters involving the Company and its legal entities.
Education, Experience, and Qualifications
Law Degree
Admission to the bar is a plus
Experience:
up to maximum 3 years post qualified experience inside legal department of listed companies or international Law firms.
Technical Competencies: Having a good background in the above matters is a plus.

- High level of personal and professional integrity and trustworthiness.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Strong Business Ethics Commitment
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Highly-analytical with strong attention to detail
- Well organized
Languages: Proficiency in Italian and English (both spoken and written)
