Job Scope

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Specialist to join our Corporate Marketing Immunodiagnostics team, focusing on upstream activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation for our Immunodiagnostic products and services.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

 Support the development and implementation of comprehensive digital marketing strategies to of the upstream marketing initiatives.

Manage and optimize digital campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, SEO, SEM.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and distribute engaging content that aligns with our brand and marketing goals.

Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.

Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to execute digital marketing initiatives.

Support the development of digital tools and resources to enhance customer journey and experience.

Develop and deliver training programs for internal teams on digital marketing best practices and tools.

Create and maintain standard operating procedures for digital marketing activities to ensure consistency and efficiency.

Support the deployment and enhancement of our Learning Management Systems (LMS) to facilitate training and development initiatives.

Education, Experience, and Qualifications 

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the healthcare or diagnostics sector in a multinational company.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.

Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to support decision-making.

Proficiency in marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and web analytics tools.

Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

Ability to work remotely and manage tasks effectively in a virtual and multicultural environment.

High proficiency in English. Proficiency in Italian and other foreign languages is highly desirable.
