Job

Scope

 

Delivery of commercial operations support activities for export distributors, including analysis of customer orders, follow-up on customer inquiries, support with regulatory, legal and supply chain requests and documentation.

 

As part of the Global Export Commercial Operation team, ensure the Coordination of Regulatory Affairs activities in all geographies, acting as a liaison between the field and the DiaSorin RA dept.

 

 

Main

Responsibilities

 

Regulatory Master Plan Follow Up and liaison (Commercial Impact)

  • Liaise with the local Business Partners and the DiaSorin Export colleagues to understand the local needs in terms of registration plans and regulatory documentation.
  • Liaise with the Local and Corporate Regulatory Affairs Dept. to plan, coordinate, compile and progress regulatory submissions on a timely basis
  • Provide advice on appropriate regulatory strategies
  • Stay abreast of changing regulatory legislative requirements and maintain regulatory intelligence database
  • Effectively communicate status of submissions
  • Foster professional working relationships with internal and external contacts at the local and international levels to ensure expeditious submission/approval of regulatory dossiers 
  • Regulatory Master Plan drafting and follow Up
  • Management and record of the Extra Plan requests
  • Other tasks assigned by the Global Export Commercial Operation Sr. Manager
  • Organize all contracts and documents from the distributors that work with DiaSorin.

Order management

  • Periodically review orders blocked for LA and RA reasons
  • Identify and understand key blocks and reasons behind
  • Work with distributors and LA RA corporate functions to remove blocks and ship and invoice orders

Education / Specialization:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences (Biology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Medical Laboratory Technology) or Economics 
  • A Master’s degree or postgraduate certification in Regulatory Affairs or Quality Management is highl;

 

Experience:

  • 1+ years working experience in multinational companies
  • Prior expereince in regulatory support, commercial operations, or distributor management within a medical device or IVD regulated environment highly desirable  

 

Technical Competencies

  • Computer literacy (i.e. MS Office applications; Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Data management

 

Skills:

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Strong customer (internal and external) orientation in a multicultural environment
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
  • Strong attention to detail for compliance-critical tasks
  • Ability to navigate cross-functional teams (Regulatory, Commercial, Logistics)
  • Problem-solving skills

 

Languages:

  • Fluent Italian and English (verbal and written) are mandatory
  • Additional languages are a plus for liaising with EMEA distributors
