Job Scope
Project/Program manager is responsible for coordinating schedules and planning by overseeing the mapping, implementation and tracking of inter-site/functions projects in line with the company vision and guidelines, monitoring that project requirements are met.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the project/program team through the Innovation and Development Processes and maintain a sense of urgency within the project/program team in accomplishing deliverables
- Monitor that the project team completes the project, and that the project is delivered according to budget, on schedule and within scope following company procedures
- Develop, update and communicate project schedules that provide the detailed list of tasks and timing for each phase of the project/program and produce regular status reporting
- Concentrate on the project interdependencies (including risks, conflicts, constraints…) and help to find the optimal approach for managing them
- Proactively monitor and record project/program risks, communicating potential problems and facilitate implementation of mitigation as needed.
- Work with all relevant departments and stakeholders to ensure that all relevant aspects are observed (e.g. regulatory agencies’ compliance ).
- Assist quality and regulatory departments to prepare, conduct, host and respond to internal and external quality audits.
Education, Experience, and Qualifications
University Master of Science degree (technical degree: Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, etc.)
Project Management certification is a plus
Experience:
Certification in Project Management or demonstrated experience (5 or more years) working on complex projects is required. Preferred three (3) years experience in the field of diagnostics, life sciences, medical devices, or pharmaceuticals
Technical Competencies:
· Familiarity with project management tools
· Demonstrated experience in team coordination
· Reacts to project adjustments and alterations by ensuring promptly and efficiently communication and update to all the stakeholders
Skills:
• Effective and practical approach to problem solving
• Strong communication skills and standing to interact with different levels in the organization.
• Strong interpersonal skills:
• Ability to work as a team member
• Ability to pay close attention to detail while maintaining a “big picture” view
