Job Scope
Ensures adequate stock of the product line for which it is responsible based on forecasts; collaborates with suppliers for medium-term production; supports the Development/Procurement/After Sales Teams/Finance to ensure a correct management of Spares both in Planning and Logistics.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Manages the preparation of forecast to Suppliers in normal supplies, quantity contracts, phase out situation
- Collect and analyze the commercial forecast at Global level
- Defines replenishment plan for the warehouses
- Produces reports on KPI Planning Instruments & Spare Parts
- Organizes periodic meetings with Suppliers/internal dept. to share ongoing activities/issues involving the Supply Chain
- Participates to the Core Teams related to ongoing/new instruments platform on the market
- Manages the ECR related to Logistics/Planning purposes
- Supports Procurement Team in the definition of Price Lists
- Manages the creation of new Spare IDs on ERP and their disclosure to Subsidiaries/Distributors
- Supports Junior position and internal teams for all the activities that highlight critical issues
- Suggests, prepares user requirements, and follow the development of new features/modifications of systems/tools in use
- Manages team of 2 and more people
Education, Experience, and Qualifications
- Master's degree of Management Engineering or equivalent experience in the position
- Five and more years in equivalent positionExperience in material planning and/or procurement is preferred
- SAP management and Advanced Microsoft 365 Apps knowledge ( Python programming language is a plus)
- The willing to develop knowledge, learn from situations and from its own mistakes

- Decision making, problem solving and communication skills
- Native Italian and fluent English, German language is a plus
What We Offer
- Permanent employment contract
- Classification under the Chemical-Pharmaceutical CCNL (Italian national collective bargaining agreement)
- Gross annual base salary from € 41.225,80
- Variable compensation linked to the achievement of objectives
Actual pay is set on objective criteria: seniority, distinctive skills, scope of responsibility.
