Job Scope

Guarantee a cross functional coordination of the activities across all the supply chain EU linking the needs of EU Commercial supply chain with Logistics, Supply Planning and Projects management.

Guarantee the continuous improvement in processes and tools inside the function.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities

 

  • Drive and follow continuous improvement activities in all the supply chain;
  • Guarantee the activities of the group are done in respect of the Quality and Health and Safety procedures;
  • Analyze potential nonconformities, proposing corrective actions;
  • Analyze current processes to foresee possible improvements or optimizations;
  • Propose activities and modifications to improve the process;
  • Develop or propose tools who can support the activities of the department;
  • Guarantee the training and the development of the group;
  • Guarantee SC department doesn’t work in silos enabling communication and share of needs and information;
  • Support Director of Supply Chain EU in transversal activities.

 

Education, Experience, and Qualifications 

 

  • Management Engineering, Engineering, Informatics;
  • 4–5-year experience in similar role or in consultancy companies. Knowledge of main SC processes. Internal experience in Diasorin could be a plus;
  • Sound knowledge of SAP systems and Office suite;
  • Ability to cope with complex situations and to deliver in a fast-changing environment;
  • Analytical with processes orientation;
  • Ability to work in a role with not clearly defined perimeter;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills;
  • High problem-solving capabilities;
  • Ability to relate with flexibility, diplomacy, and assertiveness;
  • Good knowledge of microbiology in the industrial diagnostic field;
  • Proficiency in written and spoken Italian and English are fundamental.
