Partner, Corporate Leadership & Talent DevelopmentJob Scope
In this high-impact role within Diasorin’s Center of Expertise (CoE), you will be responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and management of the global leadership and talent development strategies that align with DiaSorin’s business goals and values. This role focuses on enhancing leadership capabilities, driving employee engagement, and supporting organizational performance through targeted development programs and tools. The Partner collaborates with global stakeholders to deliver high-impact learning experiences, manage performance management processes, and support leadership assessments and frameworks.
Key Duties And Responsibilities
Leadership & Talent Development
- Assess both organizational and individual learning and development needs for proposing and preparing L&D programs, activities, and material for leaders in alignment with business goals and priorities.
- Design and implement development programs focused on leadership capabilities across all levels.
- Collaborate with business leaders and HR partners to ensure development plans support both individual growth and organizational strategy.
- Provide professional expertise and support in the Leadership Assessment and Succession Plan Processes that is required to achieve business goals and results in the creation of an internal bench of top talent.
- Facilitate strong cross-organizational collaboration and teamwork, leveraging learnings from past and present programs and efforts
- Guide, coordinate and monitor the deployment of the Perfomance Management Process in cooperation with the Total Reward CoE.
- Design and deliver training programs for leaders in classroom, digital, and blended formats.
- Facilitate workshops and interactive sessions focused on leadership.
- Develop and maintain competency models with clearly defined behavioral indicators.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and leadership excellence.
Employee Engagement & Communication
- Educate and support leaders throughout the assessment and development journey.
- Contribute to feedback delivery and functional review sessions, fostering transparency and engagement.
- Manage yearly word-wide Engagement Surveys and the related coordination of the corporate improvement plans.
- Ensure that communication programs are aligned with company culture.
Innovation & Change Management
- Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions in organizational development.
- Support change management initiatives related to business transformation.
- Work with the Director, Corporate Leadership & Talent Development in ensuring the HR Team ww is always abreast of latest best practices in the HR domain.
- Support the organizational development.
Talent Tools & Analytics
- Select and apply best-in-class assessment tools to evaluate leadership and development needs.
- Ensure alignment between internal development frameworks and external assessment tools, in collaboration with Talent Acquisition.
- Conduct assessments using methodologies such as assessment centers, 360° feedback, and psychometric instruments.
- Translate assessment outcomes into actionable insights to inform talent decisions and development planning.
- Work in cooperation with the Corporate Reporting dept. to maintain dashboards that support decisions on promotion readiness, succession planning, and strategic workforce planning.
- Use data to identify capability trends and support the evolution of HRIS modules related to talent.
- Monitor training effectiveness through KPIs and feedback, and drive continuous improvement.
Education, Experience, And Qualifications
- Degree in Psychology, HR, Business, Education Sciences, or related fields.
- Proven professional experience in multinational companies considered excellent "professional schools" (experience in the Healthcare sector is not necessarily required). Preferably, the person will have gained professional experience in matrix and multinational organization
- At least five years' previous work experience in designing and implementing leadership programs at a corporate level or within a major affiliate of multinational companies operating in Italy
- Excellent analytical, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems, LMS platforms, and data visualization tools.

- Willingness to travel occasionally for cross-site or international activities.
Preferred: - Experience with innovative learning approaches such as gamification, virtual reality, and AI-powered training.
