Job Scope

 

This role is expected to accelerate our China market penetration & growth for specialty products and to enhance launch readiness & commercial success for specialty focus, and  deliver the real-time market adaptation & intelligence.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities

 

  • Comprehensively understand and grasp the peculiarity of the technology, application and maintenance of the Diasorin Products and especially for our Specialty Products;
  • Focus on our Top 20 Specialty Customers Management in Class III hospitals, frequently visit to protect current customer and monitoring the satisfaction of end users on Diasorin products for Specialty growth & add-on
  • Monitoring the specialty product price level, registration status and end users development situations of the competing products in the market, produce monthly report for discussion;
  • Assist in the preparation and circulation of market insight comments to create awareness internally and externally;
  • Support strategic distributors’ activities to achieve our sales target;
  • Others assigned by the Company.

 

Education, Experience, and Qualifications 

 

Education:

 

  • Bachelor degree in Clinical, Molecular Biology, Immunology, Pathology, or Biomedical

 

Experience:

 

  • 5+ Years Experience of IVD Industrial
  • Clinical & Disease State Knowledge

 

Technical Competencies:

 

  • Knowledge of IVD products especially of our specialty assays

 

 

 

Skills:

 

  • Business Acumen

  • Tailoring Solutions

 

Languages: Chinese

 

Travel availability: >80% travelling is required within responsible territory
