Job Scope
- Guarantees suitable technical support and first level assistance for application aspects (installation of methodologies, troubleshooting and initial training) acting promptly and professionally at customer's premises across the whole region.
- In cooperation with sales and specialist workforce, promotes the image of the Company in contact with customers
- Comply with company procedures in order to ensure high quality testing and fulfilling IVD regulations
Main Responsibilities
- Repair instruments according to the time limits and methods defined by Corporate Service Carry out instrument preventive maintenance
- Conduct preliminary visits to laboratories to agree on positioning of the instrumentation, checking correct siting and the need for any hydraulic/electric/logistic work
- Install and test the instruments at the customer site according to defined procedures
- File all the forms and documentation needed regarding service and support activities
- Decontaminate and de-install instruments according to company procedures
- Create reports of his/her activity using the Service software
- Manage and maintain correct accounting of own spare part warehouse
- Guarantee update and perfect efficiency of instruments assigned Carry out customer trainings
- Carry out 1st level troubleshooting on products
- Report product related complaints in our complaint handling system
- Provide Applications support for all Nordic region and occasional technical support in wider region as required.
- Install the methodologies on the instrumentation at customer's premises
- Guarantee customer follow-up for technical/application problems
- Support sales and marketing with technical and product related information for tenders

Qualification, Skills and Experience
- University degree or secondary school education in electro technical orientation or medical engineering experience
- Have relevant medical systems experience ideally working knowledge of diagnostic equipment
- Experience in managing automated system for diagnostic system for diagnostic laboratories and, use of electrical measuring equipment
- Understanding of clinical chemistry, microbiology and/or molecular testing
- Ability to build excellent working relationships both internally and externally
- Ability to schedule own technical activities, maintaining the flexibility needed to satisfy the customer
- Customer focus and positive solutions-oriented approach
- Experience using Microsoft Power Point, Word, Excel and others
- A Nordic language and good communication in written and spoken English
- Travel availability: Within the Nordic area and as and when required in other countries
