Job Scope
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategically minded Business Intelligence (BI) Architect to establish and lead the evolution of enterprise data and analytics capabilities across Diasorin North America. This is a newly created, high-impact role intended to grow and evolve over time operating across strategy, architecture, governance, engineering standards, and business enablement.
The BI Architect will own the vision, design, governance, and scalability of the organization’s Data & BI ecosystem while following Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and data engineering best practices. This individual will partner closely with leadership, IT, business stakeholders, ERP teams, and external vendors to drive enterprise-wide data maturity.
In the near term, the role will focus on total ownership of Dashboard products/needs, standardizing analytics architecture, improving reporting reliability, implementing scalable governance, and modernizing BI delivery practices. Longer term, this role will become a critical contributor to enterprise ERP consolidation and transformation initiatives, ensuring enterprise data structures, integrations, and reporting frameworks are architected for long-term scalability and operational alignment.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Define and own the enterprise BI and analytics architecture strategy.
- Design scalable data models, semantic layers, reporting frameworks, and governance structures.
- Establish standards for data integration, transformation, reporting, and analytics delivery.
- Lead modernization efforts across reporting and analytics platforms.
- Develop long-term architectural roadmaps aligned with organizational growth and ERP transformation objectives.
- Serve as the organization’s subject matter expert for enterprise analytics architecture and data strategy.
- Establish enterprise standards for data quality, lineage, governance, stewardship, and documentation.
- Operate within SDLC best practices for analytics, reporting, and data engineering workflows.
- Support ERP consolidation and enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Partner directly with leadership, operations, finance, commercial teams, and IT leadership.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Education, Experience and Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Business Intelligence, Data Architecture, Analytics Engineering, or Enterprise Data Management roles.
- 5+ years operating in a senior or lead architecture capacity within complex enterprise environments.
- Demonstrated experience designing enterprise-scale BI and data solutions.
- Experience implementing or supporting ERP transformation or enterprise systems modernization initiatives.
- Proven experience establishing governance frameworks and SDLC processes.
- Strong expertise in data warehousing, data modeling, ETL/ELT frameworks, SQL, cloud data platforms, and enterprise reporting strategies.
- Preferred experience with Salesforce, Tableau, Power BI, CRM Analytics, Snowflake, Azure, AWS, or Databricks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field required.

What we offer
The hiring range for this position is $127,800-$156,200 annually. The salary range for this role represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, educations, skills, work experience, certifications, etc. Beyond base salary, Diasorin offers a competitive rewards package focused on your overall well-being.
