As Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at DiaSorin, you will drive and execute our overall talent acquisition strategy, deliver recruitment process excellence, and mentor junior members of the talent acquisition team. Partnering closely with senior business and talent leadership, you will ensure our hiring initiatives stay aligned with the company's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that attract and retain top-tier talent in line with business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and develop junior team members, sharing expertise and best practices in recruitment.
- Partner with senior leadership to understand organizational needs, workforce planning, and talent gaps.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners — recruitment agencies, industry organizations — to strengthen candidate pipelines.
- Conduct in-depth candidate assessments, including interviews and evaluations, to ensure the selection of highly qualified individuals.
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process, delivering a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and execute employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and trends to drive continuous improvement and inform data-driven decisions.
Education, Experience and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, with a strong focus on strategic recruitment and team leadership.
- Demonstrated success sourcing, attracting, and selecting candidates for diverse roles, ideally within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven ability to act as a consultative partner to hiring managers and to mentor fellow recruiters, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Expertise in recruitment strategies, including direct sourcing, talent mapping, and passive candidate engagement.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to translate business goals into effective talent acquisition strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
- Proficiency with advanced recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and data analytics.
- A strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying trends and opportunities in the talent acquisition landscape.
What we offer:
The hiring range for this position is $90,000–$125,000 annually. This range reflects the many factors considered in hiring decisions, including education, skills, work experience, and certifications. Beyond base salary, DiaSorin offers a competitive rewards package focused on your overall well-being, including comprehensive health benefits, retirement and financial wellness programs, time-off programs, and additional wellbeing support and perks. Benefits may vary by role, country, region, union status, and other employment factors. You may also be eligible to participate in an annual incentive program; any incentive award depends on various factors, including individual and organizational performance.
