Position Summary
The Strategic Contract Specialist leads complex contract negotiations and oversees strategic contract management initiatives related to national and regional Integrated Delivery Network (IDN), Integrated Health Network (IHN), Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) and federal government contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead negotiation and execution of complex, high-value IDN/IHN, GPO and federal government agreements with global stakeholders.
- Serve as primary point of contact for escalated contract issues and dispute resolution.
- Assist in the development and implementation of best practices for contract lifecycle management and compliance.
- Collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Commercial teams to align contract terms with business objectives.
- Analyze contract risks and recommend mitigation strategies to leadership.
- Support audits and ensure adherence to international regulatory standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce cycle times.
- Prepare executive-level reports on contract status, risks, and performance metrics as required.
- Act as subject matter expert for IDN/IHN, GPO and federal government contracts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree preferred.
- 5–7+ years of experience in contract management within healthcare or related industry.
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP and Oracle).
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite, SalesForce and DocuSign (e-signature and CLM)

$ $112,240 - $145,720/year + bonus + benefits Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonus, equity or sales incentives, if applicable. In addition to salary, Diasorin offers benefits.
